Marinated BBQ Beef Steak with Spinach Pasta
BBQ beef steak – yum. How about a slightly different steak dish? Try this super easy BBQ steak and pasta recipe that feeds four people in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 4x 150g lean Scotch Fillet, fat trimmed
- 1 x 130g packet Continental Alfredo Pasta & Sauce, Value Pack
- 2 cups baby spinach
- Marinade
- ¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- Preheat the BBQ. mix the marinade ingredients together and pour over the 4 steaks, marinade outside of the fridge while you assemble the rest of the dinner.
- Cook the Pasta & Sauce according to pack instructions.
- Remove the steaks from the marinade and place onto the hot grill, cook for 4 minutes, turn the steaks over and cook for another 4 minutes.
- Turn the BBQ off, move the steaks to the side and leave to rest for 4 minutes.
- Stir the baby spinach through the cooked Pasta & Sauce and serve with the steaks and salad.
- Hint: Team this steak with an Italian style salad of tomato, basil and sliced mozzarella balls, dress with a dressing of balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
