Lemon & Herb Chicken Wings with Spicy Dipping Sauce
If you like serving chicken wings but hate all the trouble of frying, then just wing it with this easy chicken wing recipe! Perfect for any occasion, this baked chicken recipe with its zesty lemon flavour is a welcome alternative to the usual buffalo sauce.

Ingredients
- 1.2kg chicken wings
- 1 packet Continental Cook-in-Bag Lemon & Herb Chicken
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, optional
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- Splash of Tabasco sauce, optional
- Fresh salad vegetables for serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180˚C.
- Prepare the chicken wings following packet instructions, but add the sesame seeds to the bag before closing. Cook for 30 minutes, then carefully open the bag and cook for a further 15 minutes to brown the wings.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, tomato sauce, Tabasco and parsley.
- Serve this sauce with the chicken wings and fresh salad vegetables.
