Creamy Bacon Carbonara Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 x 130g Value pack, Continental® Creamy Bacon Carbonara Pasta & Sauce,
- 1 cup (250ml) reduced fat milk,
- 1 1/3 cups (330ml) hot water,
- 1 teaspoon Flora® Salt Reduced spread,
- Olive oil spray,
- 2 x 200g skinless chicken breast fillets, thinly sliced,
- 100g shaved lite ham, cut into strips,
- 2 zucchinis, thinly sliced lengthways,
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives,
- Freshly ground black pepper,
- Fresh salad for serving
Directions
- Prepare the Pasta & Sauce following packet instructions, using the milk, water and spread.
- Meanwhile, preheat a large non-stick fry pan until moderately hot. Lightly spray with oil and cook chicken for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Add the ham and zucchini strips, cook for a further 1-2 minutes until zucchini is tender and chicken is cooked through. Add the cooked Pasta & Sauce and gently mix through.
- Serve with a salad, sprinkled with chives and season with black pepper.
- Hint: Use a vegetable peeler to slice the zucchini into thin strips.
