Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 500g skinless chicken breast fillet, sliced
- 1¼ cups (310mL) reduced fat milk
- 1 cup (250mL) hot water
- 1 X 130 packet Continental® Alfredo Pasta & Sauce, Value Pack
- 2 zucchinis, sliced
- 10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 2 tablespoons toasted cashew nuts
Directions
- Heat oil and cook chicken until lightly browned.
- Add milk, hot water and Pasta & Sauce pack contents, bring to the boil, stirring. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Add zucchini and cherry tomatoes; simmer for a further 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Garnish with cashew nuts.
