Beef Burgers

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 500g lean minced beef
- 1 packet Continental® French Onion Soup Mix
- 1 cup (250mL) water
- ¼ cup Woolworths Select Tomato Sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 cups mixed lettuce leaves
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 medium avocado, mashed or sliced
- ½ cup grated tasty cheese
Directions
- Heat oil in pan and brown minced beef until cooked through.
- Add Soup Mix pack contents, water and tomato sauce; simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
- Split and lightly toast hamburger buns.
- Top base of each toasted bun with lettuce, tomato and avocado; spoon over meat filling and sprinkle with cheese before placing bun tops on burgers.
