Sausage & Bean Casserole Recipe

- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 500g beef chipolata sausages
- 1 Continental Devilled Sausages Recipe Base
- 1 x 400g tomatoes, chopped
- ½ cup (125mL) water
- 1 x 400g can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- ½ cup parsley, chopped
- Heat oil and brown sausages. Add Continental Recipe Base, tomatoes and water, bring to the boil and simmer covered for 10-15 minutes.
- Add cannellini beans and heat through.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve with mashed potatoes.
- Hint: Use your favorite sausage and spice it up with some chilli for those who like it a bit hot.
