Pasta with Mushrooms & Roasted Capsicum Recipe.
Simplicity at its finest, try our pasta with mushrooms & roasted capsicum for yourself with our easy to follow recipe. Prepare and cook in just 20 minutes. Serves 3-4.

- 400g skinless chicken breast, trimmed and sliced
- 3 cups halved button mushrooms
- 1 Value Pack* Continental Four Cheeses Pasta & Sauce
- 1½ cups, (375mL) reduced fat milk
- 1 cup (250mL) hot water
- 1½ cups diced roasted capsicum
- Brown chicken and mushrooms in a little olive oil.
- Add Pasta & Sauce, milk and water and bring to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Stir through capsicum before serving.
Hint: Sprinkle with a little reduced fat feta.
